I got this medication because I felt stuck in the bad luck I was having. Facing the problems sometimes feels overwhelming.

I liked the beginning of the meditation which describes each chakra and their properties.

I enjoyed this process but thought that more time could have been given in explaining each chakra and its healing property.

I still worry about things like work, health, finances but after listening to the meditation I feel more relaxed and that I can learn from my experiences and do the best I can to deal with things.

As a person that worries about something all the time, it was amazing to discover this tape. Now I am releasing my worries one by one. I have used this tape a lot leading up to specific events I worry about, and it takes the edge off right away and dissolves the thought about the things I fear.
